Full payment or a deposit may be required before production begins on custom-made garments. Orders will not enter production until payment requirements have been met.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Custom Orders

Custom garments are made according to the measurements and specifications provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted measurements are accurate. Juste Collection 1991 is not responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Juste Collection 1991.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Because custom-made garments are created specifically for each customer, custom orders are generally non-refundable.

Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for exchange or store credit if returned in unused condition within the specified return period.

All return requests must be approved before items are sent back.
