At Juste Collection 1991, we take pride in offering premium menswear, custom garments, and exceptional customer service. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Ready-to-Wear Items

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible ready-to-wear items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Custom & Made-to-Measure Garments

All custom, made-to-measure, and personalized garments are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Because these items are specifically produced according to the customer’s measurements and preferences, we cannot resell them.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, alteration, store credit, or refund when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom suits
  • Made-to-measure garments
  • Altered items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Worn or damaged merchandise

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or sent in error.
